Probiotics in Animal Nutrition
EU - The European Probiotic Association is inviting all to its first international seminar. That takes place on Tuesday 6th September, at Università Urbaniana, in Roma (Italy), as part of the 3rd Probiotics, Prebiotics and New Foods Congress.
As a specialist of the animal health and nutrition sector, you are aware of the imminent ban on antibiotic growth promoters in Europe. Probiotics have been described by many as one of the effective and sustainable solutions possible to control health and performances parameters in animal productions. In this context, we have decided to share with you the latest advances in the field of probiotics and provide you an up-to-date review on the different facets of probiotics in animal nutrition: the history of their development, latest regulations, their mode of action in ruminants as well as in monogastrics, practical guidelines for users, from farmers to industrials…
This seminar is designed as an exchange forum between scientists, animal health and nutrition professionals, animal feed producers and animal producers, but also transformation and distribution industries from all over the world. We have invited internationally renowned speakers specialised in probiotics and their applications in animal production.
The European Probiotic Association is the association of producers and distributors of probiotics that are authorised in Europe. Its objectives are to inform and educate the scientific communities as well as veterinaries, nutritionists and industries about the benefits of probiotics in animal nutrition.
